Pepperoncini Roast

Ingredients:

2-3 lbs chuck roast

16 oz sliced pepperoncini’s

1 au jus gravy packet

1 ranch seasoning packet

16 oz beef broth


Salt and pepper the roast and sear on all sides. Add all ingredients to a crock pot and give it a little mix. Slow cook on low for 8 hours. Once cooked, shred meat and serve over smashed potatoes.
