Roasted Brussel Sprouts/Veggies
Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts, halved (add any veggie- carrots, potatoes, peppers, whatever you like)
Butter, melted
Salt
Pepper
No measurements because everything is to taste. Preheat oven to 375F or 425F, depending on how quickly you need them ready, and line a cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients until evenly coated. Pour coated brussel sprouts onto prepared cookie sheet. Once oven is preheated, put in oven and roast for about 30 mins at 375F or 15 mins at 425F. Test with a fork to make sure they are tender.
